Road Transportation
- Expedited Guaranteed Delivery
In
addition to standard LTL service, our group of carriers
offers both standard and expedited delivery. We also
offer same day service in certain geographical areas.
- Less Than Truckload
We have contracts
with carriers who as a group offer service to all
points in the United States Canada and Mexico.
- Partial shipments
Large LTL shipments
can be routed through standard LTL carriers. Because
this type of freight is attractive to LTL carriers
we attempt to negotiate a flat rate for the shipment.
This offers saving over the normal LTL charge. We also
explore giving the freight to a full load carrier where
you pay for only the space your shipment takes up.
- Full Loads
For shipments that fill
the trailer we have access to a database of over 1000
carriers who are properly licensed and fully insured to
handle your freight. We offer service to all points
in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The Mexican
shipments move straight to their destination and are
not transloaded at the border.
Air Freight

When the truck is loaded we communicate this information directly

Each day,
we receive information from your carriers regarding
the status of your shipment. This can be made available
in a report format. Or alternatively, you can dial
into our system and track the status immediately.
- Electronic Invoicing
We can work
with you to develop a program whereby we electronically
submit our invoice to you rather than sending a freight
bill.
Freight Management
Movin' Freight becomes an extension of your traffic
department and accepts the responsibilities regarding
all inbound and outbound shipments. The benefits of allowing

- Shipment Routing & Scheduling
You
provide Movin' Freight with your orders and we determine
the best method of shipping. We have contracts in place
with carriers that handle all types of freight- from
one piece to full truck loads. We then coordinate the
pickup or delivery with your warehouse personnel to
ensure the trucks are there when needed.
- Shipment Tracing
and Proof of Delivery
We
have on-line tracing capabilities with the majority
of our carriers, which enables us to tell you the exact
location of your shipment. We can also obtain signed
delivery receipts when required.
- Freight Bill Auditing & Payment
We
also offer freight bill auditing and payment. Each
bill is audited against the carrier's tariff to ensure
you pay only what you have contracted to pay.
- Claims Filing & Processing
Although
this is a very rare occurrence, if a shipment is lost
or damaged. We file the claim with the carrier on your
behalf.
